Requirements:
.  Graduate.
.  The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years Lotus Domino Administraton experience. CLP qualifications in Domino 5 or above are preferred.
.  2 to 4 years practical experience administering a large Lotus Notes infrastructure.
    ND750 Lotus Domino 6.5 - Operating fundamentals
    ND760 Lotus Domino 6.5 - Building the infrastructure
    ND770 Lotus Domino 6.5 - Managing users & servers
. Excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language are also mandatory.


Responsibilities and Job Description
.  To monitor Domino network ensuring high availability of Domino services. Performing daily health check of notes network using Notes Admin Console
.  Monitoring servers in Asia Pacific in terms of checking events, logs & consoles
.  Updating MTBF of any planned, unplanned downtime & monthly reporting of allotted servers availability.
.  To manage and administer Domino servers based Asia pacific ensuring:
    Servers are secure – in terms of password mgt, anti-virus and deployment of security patches
    Servers meet all adopted configuration standards
    Servers have maximum up-time - high availability
    Servers have adequate recovery procedures
    Database replicas are deployed as per standard procedures
    User accounts are created & maintained in a timely manner
.  To provide Level 2 support of the Lotus Notes client, and improve the use of the client in China, Japan and other Asia Pacific sites as directed:
    Ensuring Support calls are resolved in a timely and professional manner
    Facilitating user training to improve client productivity
    Liaising with local management to ensure upgrades are performed in a timely manner. Ensure standards for client configuration are adopted and adhered to by IS Staff
.  Carry out any special projects assigned by Lotus Administration Manager.
