sco unix死机，好多高手解决不了

机器是HP ML570G2 *** 作系统：sco unix 5.06
最近没隔20天左右，系统就会死机
系统提示：
unexpected  trap in kernel mode:
然后是一推参数，其他有两列Cs：0x0000158   eip：0xF00C9C55(每次都一样)
PANIC：k_trap － Kernel mode trap type 0x0000088E

原来没有这个问题，最近几个月才有的，怀疑是硬件问题，但是各个指示灯都正常，问了好多高手都无法解决。
请各位大侠帮忙看看是哪的问题，该如何处理。
