请教一条SQL

结构：  
   
  user:  
  ID   int   not   null   auto_increment   primary   key,  
  username   varchar  
   
  news:  
  author   int   not   null,  
  title   varchar  
   
  user.ID与news.author关联  
   
  ----------------------------------------------------------------  
   
  现想select出news.title与user.username，我的写法如下：  
   
  select   u.username,  
                n.title  
      from   user   as   u,  
                news   as   n  
    where   u.ID   =   n.author;  
   
  但news.author为0的数据不能查出，请教如何用1条SQL完成上述功能？

  n.author=0也是在选取范围之内的，不能过滤掉
