50分求问题答案

在数据库中有表A，里面有个键值B，B的默认值是0  
  我在页面中设定一个连接，如下  
  <a   href=http://topic.csdn.net/t/20061217/18/"change.asp?id=<%=rs(id)%>">把B改成1</a>  
  点后，B的值变成1  
  此处的change.asp的程序该怎么写呢？
